As much as this character is cool - I think his eyes could be modified to make him look cooler (thats ice cold). But you didn't make the character....so why...am I complaining? =_o

No statues have cigarettes.

But this one does. And its smokin.
I love the angry face + cigarette idea. The statue looks as badass as a statue could ever be. I can't give you a 10/10 though, because that would be implying that its perfect, and such a statement would exclude the fact that there is always room for improvement.
In this case I would say the signs of the character actually being a statue isn't completely convincing on first glance (well, partly because its exceptionally awsome-looking). Its got the pale eyes, the half-naked princess look and the cracks in the skin but the colors are decieving. A green copper statue would make it clearer and possibly allow some additional coloring to give a worn-down corroded look.
Also the hilt of the sword isn't symmetrical in size with the blade (but that could be intentional).
Awsomoe concept. Great album cover. Keep going. :D
